Get Out of the Jar

Sometimes our emotions keep us trapped inside our own perspective. When ego takes over, correction feels like condemnation and conversations become confrontations. James 1:19–20 reminds us to be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger. Before reacting, we must step back, check our hearts, and choose wisdom over pride.

The Company You Keep

The people around you are shaping your direction—whether you realize it or not. Take a hard look at your circle. Are they sharpening you or pulling you off course?

Be Coachable

Pride keeps you stuck. Growth requires humility. If you want to level up, you have to be willing to be taught, corrected, and coached.
